Three-Course Menu — All Locally Sourced (Menu can change last minute but don’t worry, everything you taste will be unforgettable)
First Course: Garden-Fresh Starter
A colorful heirloom tomato and cucumber salad, tossed in a zesty citrus vinaigrette made with locally pressed olive oil and fresh herbs picked from nearby farms. Served with a slice of fire-grilled sourdough from a local artisan bakery.
Second Course: The Main Event
Grass-fed ribeye steaks raised right here on the ranch — grilled to perfection over open flame and served with charred seasonal vegetables, multicolored fingerling potatoes, and a garlic-herb compound butter. Every bite tells the story of care, soil, and sunshine.
Third Course: Sweet Finish
A homemade shortcake layered with sweet cream and macerated strawberries from a nearby farm stand. Finished with a drizzle of wildflower honey from local bees.
