First Course- A thoughtfully crafted appetizer to begin the evening.
Second– Fourth Courses- Three unique courses of artisanal tacos, each showcasing a different preparation of seafood, pork, and beef.
Fifth Course- A homemade dessert.
Because our philosophy is farm-to-table at its freshest, the final menu is intentionally created the week of the dinner. We source what is freshest and in season, allowing the menu to evolve based on the best ingredients available. The menu is part of the experience — you’ll arrive knowing the theme, but the details are our delicious surprise.
