Enjoy an unforgettable evening with live country music on the stage, cold beer and wine flowing from the Pony Pub, and an incredible ranch-to-table dinner experience. Chef Steve Brown has curated a mouthwatering steakhouse-style menu that will be prepared in our outdoor open-fire kitchen.
This will be a one-of-a-kind ranch dining experience in the heart of Ramona, CA, bringing together great food, community, and the spirit of the land.

Three-Course Menu — All Sourced from Local Farms and the Ranch ( Menu can change last minute but don’t worry everything will be unforgettable)
First Course: Fresh & Full of Flavor
Fresh, crisp, and bursting with seasonal flavor.
A colorful medley of tender mixed greens, juicy heirloom tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and sweet summer corn, tossed with thinly sliced red onions and creamy avocado. Finished with a light drizzle of housemade lemon-herb vinaigrette and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
Second Course: From the Ranch, With Love
Smoked Ribeye steak — slow-cooked over oak and mesquite, sliced thick, and topped with chimichurri made from ranch-grown herbs. Accompanied by fire grilled carrots and roasted fingerling potatoes.
Third Course: Sweets
🍋 Lemon Bar
A silky, tangy lemon custard made with hand-squeezed lemon juice and fresh zest, layered over a tender, golden shortbread crust. Each square is dusted with a delicate sprinkle of powdered sugar, adding just the right touch of sweetness.

Three-Course Menu — All Locally Sourced (Menu can change last minute but don’t worry, everything you taste will be unforgettable)
First Course: Garden-Fresh Starter
A colorful heirloom tomato and cucumber salad, tossed in a zesty citrus vinaigrette made with locally pressed olive oil and fresh herbs picked from nearby farms. Served with a slice of fire-grilled sourdough from a local artisan bakery.
Second Course: The Main Event
Grass-fed ribeye steaks raised right here on the ranch — grilled to perfection over open flame and served with charred seasonal vegetables, multicolored fingerling potatoes, and a garlic-herb compound butter. Every bite tells the story of care, soil, and sunshine.
Third Course: Sweet Finish
A homemade shortcake layered with sweet cream and macerated strawberries from a nearby farm stand. Finished with a drizzle of wildflower honey from local bees.

Join us for a soul-refreshing day of nature, connection, creativity, and good food.
We’ll start with a guided mid day hike through [insert trail name or local area], pause to paint the breathtaking scenery with a glass of wine in hand, and return to the ranch for a delicious, locally-sourced lunch.
This event is designed for women to connect with the land, with themselves, and with each other. No painting experience needed — just a love for adventure and self-expression!

💐 Make your own bouquet with locally grown blooms
Carolina has a five acre farm, located in Southern California (Ramona) where they grow diverse vegetation and flora that are not only water wise, but are also suitable and thrive well in our Mediterranean climate. Twenty years ago, they started planting succulents as a fire prevention method, then added a few hundred fruit and ornamental trees. The farm kept growing with the addition of South African and Australian floras. Today, the farm is both a garden for pleasure and a floral production farm.
They have about a hundred varieties of Proteacea family growing in their farm!!
